What are the responsibilities and job description for the Proposals Manager position at Lease & LaBau, Inc.?
As of February 27th, a progressive law firm seeks a Proposal Manager to join the Proposals Team and play a leadership role regarding the organization and execution of the firm’s responses to client opportunities. This position will involve:
- Advising attorneys and Business Development professionals on pitch development, conducting internal and external research, and developing key messaging.
- Analyzing market trends, client needs, and competitor strategies, and ensuring the firm puts forward compelling and consistent content.
- Mentoring and training other team members and identifying means of enhancing the team’s efficiency and success.
- Providing well-crafted responses to RFPs, pitches, and proposals.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and at least six years of related experience, including a keen interest in proposal management.
- Exceptional writing, communication, and project management skills, as well as the ability to take initiative and work proactively.
- Strong technical skills and a keen client service focus.
