At least 1 year previous experience in multi-family property maintenance experience preferred.
A strong eye for curb appeal.
Ensure compliance of all work related activities in a fair, ethical and consistent manner.
Maintain a professional courteous manner with all residents, vendors, contractors, and fellow employees.
Complete daily work orders as assigned.
Assist with turning units after tenant move-outs.
Proficient in plumbing, electrical and basic carpentry.
Responsible for 24-hour emergency maintenance as scheduled.
Carry cell phone as required for on-call maintenance.
