What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at Leasing and Management Company Inc.?
At least 1 year previous experience in multi-family property maintenance experience.
A strong eye for curb appeal.
Ensure compliance of all work related activities in a fair, ethical and consistent manner.
Maintain a professional courteous manner with all residents, vendors, contractors, and fellow employees.
Complete daily work orders as assigned.
Assist with turning units after tenant move-outs.
Proficient in plumbing, electrical and basic carpentry.
HVAC Certification preferred.
Responsible for 24-hour emergency maintenance as scheduled.
Carry cell phone as required for on-call maintenance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
