We’re looking for a part-time Maintenance Field Agent to support our property management company!
Responsibilities:
- Handle basic handyman tasks such as light plumbing, lock changes, drywall repairs, light electrical work, and minor HVAC troubleshooting.
- Perform property inspections and identify maintenance needs.
- Communicate directly with tenants to resolve concerns and coordinate repairs.
- Serve as the first point of contact for troubleshooting property issues.
- Be on-call for occasional emergency tasks outside regular workdays.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Proven background in property maintenance or handyman work.
- Skills: Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Tools: Must own and maintain basic tools for completing tasks.
- Transportation: Reliable vehicle for travel within a 2-hour radius (mileage reimbursed).
- Reliability: Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
