Sales Development Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking an Entry Level Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our services to potential customers. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are looking to start their career in sales and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Duties:
- Communicate and work with insurance companies with our clients
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Build and maintain relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales and expanding customer base
- Utilize our CRM software to track customer interactions and update sales records

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required. WE TRAIN YOU!
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to effectively communicate our services and benefits to potential customers
- Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging in sales conversations
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications

Pay: $65,064.10 - $76,313.75 per year
