Title: Head Boys Soccer Coach
Reports to: Athletics Director
Qualifications: Certified teacher or qualify for Rule 10 certification through the Kansas State High School Activities Association.
Purpose and Objectives of the Position:
Under the direct supervision of the Director of Athletics and the general supervision of the building principal, the head boys soccer coach is responsible for organizing the soccer program at the high school. Position includes conducting practices, motivating students, and instructing student athletes in game strategies and techniques.
Pre-Employment/Yearly Requirements: Employee shall meet all the pre-employment and yearly requirements as specified in the Policies of the Board of Education.
Term of Employment: Varies by Sport
Salary: Stipend, based on the USD #453 Supplemental Schedule
FLSA Status: Non - Exempt
Evaluation: Performance effectiveness will be evaluated in accordance with provisions of Board of Education Policy.
