Job description
Leavenworth Ziplines equips guides to provide an exhilarating experience and unforgettable adventure amidst the beauty of the Cascade Mountains.
- Oversee all zipline operations including staff management, customer service, safety protocols, and maintenance.
- Ensure the safety of all participants by adhering to strict safety guidelines and procedures.
- Manage and schedule a team of zipline guides, providing supervision and support. Plan and facilitate monthly guide skills checks.
- Manage and optimize tour schedule and software.
- Monitor equipment maintenance and work with vendors to ensure proper functioning of ziplines.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall ziplining experience for customers.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in ziplining or adventure tourism industry preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- ACCT Certification in zipline operations or willingness to obtain certification.
- First aid and CPR certification is required
Seasonal position April – October.
