Job Summary:
Personal Lines Account Manager are the cornerstone of the personal lines services team. This position will handle a variety of daily tasks such as renewal reviews, changes, billing, download and remarketing of new and renewal business within a specific portfolio of middle market accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their insurance needs and concerns.
- Policy Servicing: Handle all aspects of policy management, including quoting, binding, issuing, and renewing personal lines policies.
- Customer Service: Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings, providing timely and accurate information.
- Account Rounding: Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional lines of insurance to existing clients.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files, documenting all interactions and transactions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure a high level of service and support for all clients.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in personal lines insurance account management.
- Licensing: Valid Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license in Texas.
- Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in insurance management so ware and Microsoft Office Suite – AMS360 knowledge a plus.
- Attributes: Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Risk Services offers a competitive salary between $60,000 and $70,000, depending on experience, plus:
