🔹 Client Service Guru
- Keep client files organized and up to date in agency systems (Applied/AMS, Health Connect).
- Be the renewal rockstar—track and assist with renewals 45–60 days in advance.
- Coordinate enrollment meetings and ensure benefit materials are prepped and ready to shine.
- Handle client service calls and turn challenges into solutions.
- Create benefit proposals and comparison spreadsheets (Excel wizards, this is your moment!).
- Scrub case submissions and follow up on underwriting approvals.
- Partner with Producers to find new opportunities and make them happen.
- Stay current on ERISA, ACA, and other applicable regulations.
- Ensure client interactions and documentation are always spot-on and compliant.
- Experience: 3–4 years of Employee Benefits Account Management, with small and large group renewals.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
- Skills:
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Team player with excellent verbal and written communication.
- A multitasker with a laser focus on details. 🌟 Spanish-speaking skills are a huge plus!
