We are currently searching for a Licensed Civil Engineer (Utah) to join our team. The applicant will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing civil engineering projects including property development, subdivisions, commercial development, infrastructure, construction management, city and county coordination, and residential/small commercial buildings.

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in civil engineering principles and practices, with experience in project management and design. This role will involve working on various infrastructure projects, including water and wastewater treatment facilities, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards while delivering high-quality results.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop plans for civil engineering projects using AutoCAD, Revit, and MicroStation.
- Conduct feasibility studies and environmental impact assessments for proposed projects.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget.
- Manage project scheduling, resources, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
- Utilize HEC software for hydrological modeling and analysis as needed.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and interns.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals for stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.
- 10 years’ experience
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, MicroStation) is essential.
- Experience in mechanical engineering concepts is a plus.
- Knowledge of wastewater treatment and water treatment processes is preferred.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with project scheduling techniques and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred but not required.
