A Commercial Lines Account Manager works closely with Account Executives/Producers, the commercial lines manager and commercial lines account managers/service personnel in a flexible team environment to provide ongoing support to the Agency’s commercial accounts.
The right candidate has five or more years of experience working in the insurance industry with commercial clients.

A Commercial Lines Account Manager works closely with Account Executives/Producers, the commercial lines manager and commercial lines account managers/service personnel in a flexible team environment to provide ongoing support to the Agency’s commercial accounts.

Responsibilities:
- Work with assigned Account Executive(s) to provide ongoing service to insureds by handling: Change requests, endorsements, COI, EPI, renewal summaries, digital delivery of booked policies, issuance of auto ID cards and insurance related accounting processes as needed.
- Assist with renewal summaries and proposal processing under the direction of the Account Executive when assistance is needed
- Assist Account Executive/Producer with follow up for re-Markets for quotations
- Check for any discrepancy’s b/w submission/quotation/proposal
- Work with Account Executive/Producer to provide binders of insurance/Get client sign off
- Check policies with submission/quotation/proposal
- Cohesively and with flexibility work with other account managers and service personnel when workload adjustments are needed
- Develop positive relationships with the team
- Know that we have deadlines to each other and to our clients
- Follow up and communication between all parties, Insured,
- 5 years experience with working a small to midsize commercial lines book of business.
- Active Property & Casualty license
- Must have strong computer software and in using Microsoft Office i.e. Excel, Word, DocuSign
- Must have strong oral and written communication skills
- Must have experience with carrier rating software
- Experience with the AMS360 is highly preferred
- Would prefer in-house. However, remote/Hybrid within the regional area of Flagstaff, Verde Valley and or Prescott Tri-City area may be possible for the right person
- Compensation $58,000 or higher DOE and qualifications, Annually
