As the Planned Maintenance Coordinator, you will coordinate the Planned Maintenance program for an assigned territory, while ensuring that all Planned Maintenance contracts are up to date and targets are met or exceeded.

As the Planned Maintenance Coordinator, you will coordinate the Planned Maintenance program for an assigned territory, while ensuring that all Planned Maintenance contracts are up to date and targets are met or exceeded.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
As the Planned Maintenance Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:
- Handle maintenance requests from internal and external customers
- Connect and follow up with customers to book maintenance services
- Create and distribute maintenance reports and distribute reports as required
- Provide education on maintenance compliance to external and internal stakeholders
- Make recommendations to customers on additional levels of service
- Identify and recommend new opportunities for the Service department and other business units
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, knowledge, and competencies:
- Previous work experience in a similar role and strong customer service experience
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in business, operations management, or a related field is a strong asset
- Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Superior organization and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Confident self-starter with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
