Summary
Leavitt Orthodontics, one of the leading orthodontic clinics in Southeast Idaho, is seeking a Front Office Leader. The ideal candidate will be friendly and outgoing, have high energy, deliver the “wow” factor when interacting with patients, and possess strong management and leadership skills. This person should have experience effectively creating and implementing processes that achieve an efficient workflow and high patient (customer) satisfaction.

Job Duties
· Lead and supervise the Front Office Staff. This includes the Financial Coordinator, Scheduler, Patient Care, Coordinator, Treatment Coordinator, and Receptionist.
· Be a leader at the front desk in the way we care for patients
· Work with leadership team to create and implement best practices for patient interaction, scheduling, and care.
· Learn the duties of each position under supervision to be able to fill in as needed.
· Coach, train, and develop team members.
· Assist HR in recruiting and hiring members of the team.
· Oversee employee schedules, attendance, and time off requests.
· Work closely with the Clinical Lead to ensure effective communication and efficient workflow.
· Attend all staff meetings, front office meetings, and daily huddles
· Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent
· At least 1 – 2 years’ experience creating and implementing processes and systems, ideally in a clinically setting.
· Experience leading and supervising others toward a common goal
· Strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
· High energy, positive attitude, and the ability to instantly connect with people of all ages and backgrounds.
· Ability to excel in a fast-past, changing environment.
· College education/training preferred, but not required.
· Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel and Google Docs
· Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not required
Wage and Benefits

· Monday – Friday, 7:15 am – 4 pm (approx.)
· Full-time position, 40 hours per week.
