What are the responsibilities and job description for the Automotive Sales / Finance position at Lebanon Auto Sales?
Lebanon Auto Sales is seeking a Auto Sales/Sales Manager/F&I. This position requires experience in all parts of the sales process and will assist customers from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with our customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process
- Build rapport with customers to establish customer network
- Ability to succeed in a commission sales environment
- Help manage inventory and other aspects of the sales department
- Greet customers, work desk and F & I.
- Qualifications:
- Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Prior Vehicle sales management experience preferred, minimum 3 years experience
- Working knowledge of F & I
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Understanding of inventory control
- Strong computer & phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook, CRM)
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Current, valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
