What are the responsibilities and job description for the General Aide - Renova Center position at Lebanon County?
Responsible for general housekeeping duties in the daily operation of the facility with respect to the programming, kitchen and lobby areas. Implement, review, document and track resident outcomes and behavior support progress. Provide a positive and encouraging environment for residents to progress on outcomes and behaviors. Carry out goal programs as written in the IPP and documentation of goals. In addition, responsible to function in the capacity of a Direct Support Aide with respect to providing personal care to individuals when assigned.
