Job Summary

Responsibilities And Duties
- Resolve open Web Help Desk tickets
- Configuration and deployment of end user systems including PCs, laptops, and peripherals
- Providing technical assistance and support regarding installation, configuration and troubleshooting of IT equipment and applications used by employees
- Handling situations requiring urgent attention
- Set up new users and email accounts/profiles and resolve password issues
- Decommission and dispose of obsolete equipment
- Perform basic routine maintenance tasks and other duties assigned by management
- Must be detailed oriented
- Great organizational skill
- Must be able to liftup to 50lbs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
- Must be willing to travel to various branch locations
