Are you a tech-savvy individual with healthcare experience? Lebanon Internal Medicine Associates (LIMA) is seeking an experienced IT Coordinator to join our team. Help us maintain and enhance our IT infrastructure while ensuring the highest standards of patient care and data security
- HIPAA Compliance: Ensure all IT systems and processes comply with HIPAA regulations to protect patient privacy and data security.
- Windows Domain: Manage and maintain the Windows Domain, ensuring seamless user access and security.
- Networking: Design, implement, and manage network infrastructure, including pfSense routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Vendor Interaction:** Coordinate with vendors for hardware and software procurement, maintenance, and support.
- VPN Management:** Configure and maintain both point-to-point VPNs and OpenVPN.
- Zimbra Email:** Administer and support Zimbra Email systems; Linux knowledge is a plus.
- Windows User Support:** Provide technical support and training to end-users, troubleshooting issues related to Windows operating systems and applications.
- Medent EMR Support: Maintain and support the Medent EMR system, ensuring system availability and security
IT Required Experience:
- Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, minimum of three year’s experience in a physician’s office/clinic, hospital or other healthcare-related facility with contract negotiations, PC operations, network operating systems, local and wide area networking, project management
- - Proficiency in managing Windows Domains, Active Directory and networking.
- Proven ability to support end-user requests and solve user workstation issues.
- Experience with setting up and maintaining point-to-point VPNs and OpenVPN.
- Familiarity with Zimbra Email systems; Linux knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and anticipate the needs of clinical users.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $32.00 - $42.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
