We believe in the importance of leadership and mentorship in driving clinical excellence and employee satisfaction. As a Nurse Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in guiding our nursing teams towards achieving positive outcomes and providing safe, 24/7 care.
- Lead and direct the clinical operations of our nursing units on assigned shifts, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, practice standards, and regulations.
- Implement effective care delivery models and processes, mentoring staff, and coordinating communication with other departments.
- Collaborate with our Director of Nursing to maintain adequate staffing levels, minimizing overtime and agency personnel usage.
- Participate in recruitment, new hire orientation, and make recommendations for employee promotions, transfers, and terminations.
Qualifications and Benefits
To succeed in this role, you must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing, college, or university, with a BSN preferred. Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing is also required.

Compensation Range
The hourly compensation range for this position is $38.00 - $42.00 per hour.
