Job Overview: Lebanon Middle School seeks a full-time 5th Grade Teacher for the 2025-2026 year and beyond. This educator will be responsible for teaching core subjects and serving as an advisor to 5th-grade students in our learner-centered environment. Specific teaching assignments (STEM or Humanities focus) will be determined based on the strengths of the selected candidates and our team’s needs. The Ideal candidate will need to be able to: • Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom culture. • Embrace innovative teaching practices such as Project & Problem-Based Learning. • Utilize technology effectively to enhance learning. • Engage students in real-world applications of math, science, literacy, and social studies. • Work well in a team-based model and contribute to a strong professional learning community.
The regular work schedule is 7.5 hours a day, Monday-Friday with a 30-minute duty-free lunch. This position would fall under the Lebanon Education Association (Teacher’s Union).

Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education or related field is preferred. • Valid NH teaching license in Elementary Education. • At least 3 years of teaching experience are preferred. • Strong technology integration skills
