We are open seven days a week and have become the place for your weekend brunch. We focus on finding gourmet ingredients, carefully curated and fresh. These ingredients make every item on our menu taste fresh and flavorful.
Crema Gourmet Espresso Bars have locations in Coral Gables, Davie, Downtown Doral, Brickell, Downtown Miami, Miami Beach, South Beach, and Hallandale, and seven new locations are opening this year.
"Runner-Bussers" are responsible for delivering the food from the kitchen & cold bar station to the customer's table. Accountable for ensuring that each customer receives the correct order. A few of the primary duties of a food runner are double-checking orders, matching the food ticket to the customer, and refilling customers' drinks. They also have to answer any customer's questions, especially if they have to do with food.
We are looking for an individual with customer service and on-the-job training experience. The best baristas work well in a team environment and are comfortable working long hours on their feet. - Ensure a customer is receiving the correct order
- Clear tables of dishware and napkins after meals, and return them to the kitchen 1
- Prepare coffee, tea, and ice water for customers
- Keep floors and chairs near dining tables clean by sweeping and mopping
- Maintain appropriate stock levels of glassware, silverware, and dishware
- Clean, sanitize, and reset tables and floors during and after meals
- Assist with dishwashing and kitchen duties when necessary
- Refill salt, pepper, and other condiments at tables
- Assist all with food & beverage delivery
- Keep designated service stations clean and well-stocked
- Perform all other tasks as assigned by the manager
- A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
- Restaurant experienced preferred
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations, including adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to obtain and maintain a food handler certification card
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Bilingual with English and Spanish preferred
