Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operational/Admin Lead at LEC Technologies. The Operational/Admin Lead will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing projects, and ensuring efficient communication between departments. The role involves overseeing sales fulfillment, implementing projects, and utilizing analytical skills to improve and build operational processes. This hire will be a key addition to a small but highly dynamic group.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and Operations Management abilities
- Excellent Communication skills
- Ability to handle diverse set of responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional Computer Skills
- 3 years experience in Microsoft Office 365, MS Excel, MS Word
- Knowledge of various Accounting/CRM Software (QuickBooks, Zoho, etc.)
Pay: Commensurate with Experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
