WORK SCHEDULE: 1st Shift (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM)
The Baking Worker plays a key role in the production process by ensuring the efficient transition of products from baking to chilling and then to packing. Since baking is a Critical Control Point(CCP) under HACCP, this role is essential in maintaining food safety and quality standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately recording baking and chilling logs, supplying baking pans, maintaing cleanliness, and ensuring proper cart identification for smooth product flow.
- Critical Control Monitoring: Ensure baking is conducted according to HACCP guidelines, maintaining strict temperature and time control.
- Baking & Chilling Log: Maintain accurate daily records of baking and chilling processes to ensure food safety and quality compliance.
- Supply Management: Ensure a steady supply of clean baking pans to keep production running efficiently.
- Rack Cleanliness: Regularly clean and organize racks to maintain hygiene and prevent cross-contamination.
- Cart Identification: Properly label and track cart numbers to ensure seamless product flow from baking → chilling → packing while preventing mix-ups.
- Workplace Hygiene & Food Safety: Follow all HACCP, food safety, and hygiene protocols to comply with facility regulations and maintain a safe production environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with Rolling Team and Packing Team members to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Assist in other production areas as required, such as uninstall & packing & box taping.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- No prior experience required: training will be provided.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced food production environment.
- Strong attntion to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Must comply with food safety and hygiene guidelines, incl. proper handwashing and wearing a uniform.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
