Summary
As a Quality Control Lab Technician at Groupe Leclerc, you will be instrumental in ensuring the highest quality standards for our products. This role is essential to our mission of delivering exceptional snacks while adhering to strict regulatory guidelines and maintaining customer satisfaction. The schedule is 3 nights/week at 12 hours/day with a 4 hour premium.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine quality inspections on raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments and coordinate measuring machines to assess product specifications.
- Document and analyze test results, providing detailed reports on quality metrics.
- Ensure adherence to CGMP and FDA regulations throughout the production process.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper calibration for accurate measurements.
- Participate in internal audits related to ISO 9001 standards and assist in maintaining certification compliance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to quality assurance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a quality control or laboratory technician role within the food manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of CGMP, FDA regulations, and ISO 9001 standards.
- Proficiency with precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
- Ability to analyze data effectively and communicate findings clearly.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience with quality inspection processes and methodologies is essential.
