We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our healthcare team. The FNP will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, focusing on disease prevention, health promotion, and managing acute and chronic conditions. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a patient-centered approach to care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including history-taking and physical examinations.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses, developing individualized treatment plans.
- Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests.
- Prescribe medications and provide guidance on treatment adherence.
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention, wellness strategies, and treatment options.
- Perform minor procedures.
- Coordinate care with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals as needed.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using EHR.
- Adhere to all healthcare regulations and ethical guidelines.
- Participate in community health initiatives and patient education programs.
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing (MSN or DNP) from an accredited program.
- Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC or FNP-C).
- Active and unrestricted RN and APRN licenses.
- Experience preferred in primary care, family practice, or a related field preferred.
- Strong diagnostic, clinical decision-making, and patient management skills.
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and medical documentation.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
