Sign Fabricator & Installer Wanted
Are you a skilled professional with experience in custom sign fabrication and installation? We’re looking for a dedicated individual to join our team, combining craftsmanship with hands-on installation expertise.
Qualifications:
- Required:
- Familiarity with fabrication tools, techniques, and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and technical specifications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials, work at heights, and operate safely in workshop and installation environments.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Preferred:
- 5 years of experience in sign fabrication, with a focus on custom and commercial signage.
- Proficiency in welding (MIG/TIG) and working with a variety of metals.
- Experience installing a variety of signage types, such as monument signs, channel letters, and dimensional signage.
- Familiarity with boom lifts and other equipment used for sign installations.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Fabricate custom signage, including cabinets, monument signs, channel letters, dimensional signage, and more, using materials such as aluminum, wood, acrylic, and PVC.
- Perform precise welding tasks (if applicable) and ensure signs meet quality standards.
- Install signs on-site, ensuring safety, accuracy, and client satisfaction.
- Work with the production and installation teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Troubleshoot fabrication or installation challenges to maintain quality and functionality.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to all safety protocols.

Pay: $21.06 - $22.32 per hour
