Essential Responsibilities:
- Lead the daily site construction work efforts to ensure the crew meets production goals safely
- Read understand, interpret, input, and analyze production related data
- Demonstrates leadership in health, safety and environmental protection on the project Applies the requirements of the Project Specific Safety Program (PSSP) to promote overall compliance of Ledcor HS&E standards, applicable OH&S / OSHA Acts, regulations and codes with all employees and subcontractors on the project
Qualifications:
- 7 years construction / telecommunications industry experience
- 2 plus years supervisory experience
- Hands on experience with Fiber Optic Cable
- Experience with Aerial and Underground Instillation
- Must successfully complete a criminal background check, pre-access drug and alcohol screenings
- Must possess and maintain a clean driver's abstract and valid full-driver's license appropriate to the requirements of the vehicle being driven
Work Conditions:
- Travel to various project sites throughout Oklahoma is required
- Able to meet the physical requirements of the position which involves sitting, standing, bending, lifting (up to 50 pounds), and in all types of weather conditions (rain, snow, heat etc.)
