We are searching for a Project Manager who will oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle, including initial design, detailed planning, construction, and final deployment. Ensuring seamless coordination and integration of all project phases to meet strategic objectives and timelines. Mentor and guide the project team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Provide technical and managerial expertise to deliver exceptional results, ensuring high-quality standards, cost-efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :
- Champion Ledcor's safety culture and ensure adherence to safety and environmental standards.
- Lead the development and implementation of Project Safety and Security Plans (PSSP).
- Oversee incident investigations and implement corrective actions
- Delegate project control processes and oversee construction costs and budgets
- Lead the development of comprehensive project estimates
- be the guide for the risk management process, including risk identification, assessment, and mitigation
- Lead the selection, procurement, and negotiation with subcontractors and suppliers
- Manage project budgets and ensure financial performance
- Collaborate with project teams to achieve project objectives on time and within budget
