Essential Responsibilities
- Demonstrates leadership in health, safety, and environmental protection
- Promotes compliance with HS&E standards and applicable regulations
- Creates and facilitates the Project Quality Program
- Ensure projects are built according to approved plans, specifications, and building codes
- Develops and maintains the construction schedule
- Leads project meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Provides strong leadership to the construction team
- Identifies and manages opportunities and risks
- Maintains, tracks, and reports all financial aspects of the project
- 10 plus years of experience as a Project Manager in the Telecommunications industry
- Post-secondary education in Construction, Engineering, or a related discipline is an asset.
- Comprehensive knowledge of construction documents, drawings, specifications, and current construction practices
- Strong negotiation and management skills
- Ability to plan and manage project schedules
- Strong understanding of construction costs and budgets
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to anticipate and address issues
- Ability to build successful teams and promote teamwork
- Skills in facilitation, mentoring, and conflict resolution
- Strong organizational and planning skills

- Travel up to 40% of the time within market
