You will collaborate closely with architectural and engineering teams, land surveyors, and project managers to ensure seamless coordination and successful site acquisition on behalf of the client.

Responsibilities:
- Negotiate leases with landowners and clients, ensuring site investigations and document preparation
- Verify zoning/permitting processes and obtain necessary approvals
- Create Site Candidate Information Packages (SCIP) and coordinate site requirements
- Assist in preparing and monitoring site budgets and schedules
- Four to six years of site acquisition experience
- Experience with lease reviews and zoning approvals
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and mentor team members
- Effective presentation skills at zoning hearings
- Independent management of schedules and priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Approximately 20% travel required
- This role provides a flexible working environment, balancing your responsibilities between the comfort of your home office and the collaborative environment of our office spaces
