Benefits Analyst
A very desirable employer in Rutland, VT is seeking a Benefits Analyst for their team on a full-time, interim basis. You’ll help make positive contributions to the company’s culture by providing the highest level of knowledge, service, and responsiveness in all areas of employee benefits.
Responsibilities of the Benefits Analyst
- Analyze, evaluate, and monitor benefit plan eligibility, limitations, and restrictions to ensure compliance with plan provisions and regulatory requirements
- Research current benefit trends and recommend program enhancements
- Distribute employee communications
- Coordinate annual open enrollment process
- Assist employees with enrollment and benefits-related inquiries
- Provide data for audits, reports, employee mailings, etc.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Perform additional tasks and projects as required
