Plastics Production Technician – 1st Shift
Gain valuable experience with this full-time, short-term 1st Shift Plastics Production Technician position! You’ll join the team on the molding production line at a fast-paced, growing company.
Responsibilities of the Plastics Production Technician – 1st Shift

• Operate injection molding and/or assembly equipment
• Adjust machines and troubleshoot issues
• Inspect work for quality
• Follow all safety policies
• Contribute to a positive team environment
• Perform additional tasks as directed

Qualifications of the Plastics Production Technician – 1st Shift

• Mechanical aptitude
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior machine operation/manufacturing experience preferred
• Forklift experience/license is a plus
• General knowledge of small hand tools
• Proficiency in reading a tape measure
• Good math and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and remain flexible in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated and able to work well independently
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally and stand/walk throughout shift
