Responsibilities of the Showroom Manager
- Provide customer service and sales support to showroom customers
- Guide customers through product selection and process sales transactions
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
- Schedule product repairs as needed
- Maintain customer files in system
- Replenish inventory displays
- Ensure a welcoming, positive customer experience and visually appealing showroom environment
- Perform additional tasks as assigned
Qualifications of the Showroom Manager
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Well-organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working independently
