What are the responsibilities and job description for the Brand PR Account Executive position at Lede Company LLC?
The Lede Company is seeking a Brand PR Account Executive or Senior Account Executive to join the team in our New York office.
The AE/SAE will play an integral role in supporting accounts for a variety of fashion, beauty/wellness, cpg, spirits and lifestyle clients. The AE/SAE will generally support 5 - 8 retainer accounts and projects.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Help develop and pitch compelling stories and narratives on behalf of clients to secure consistent product-centric coverage and overall develop strong brand awareness

Lead client programs and campaigns from planning to execution

Write, proof and edit a variety of PR and marketing materials, while contributing as a team member on client accounts

Oversee coordinators and assistants to review client agendas, recap reports and clips, while also mentoring junior staff

Communicate with clients regularly and build a relationship with them, while helping handle day-to-day client tasks

Help develop and ideate client PR strategies such as client messaging, media influencer targets, creative seeding ideas, etc.

Work alongside partner teams within the agency as well as client partner agencies

Support onsite at events, coordinate logistics at all stages of programming, and coordinate retail promotions

Contribute to monthly, project and/or event reporting and recaps across all clients
QUALIFICATIONS
-
Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Communications, English, Public Relations or Marketing

3 years' experience in brand pr/comms, preferably at a public relations agency

Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills

Outstanding interpersonal skills

Business acumen with the ability to communicate across departments within the organization

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Drive

Strong attention to detail

Ability to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment

Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing
