What are the responsibilities and job description for the PR Account Executive, CPG + Lifestyle position at LEDE?
The Lede Company is seeking a Brand PR Account Executive or Senior Account Executive to join the team in our New York office.
The AE / SAE will play an integral role in supporting accounts for a variety of fashion, beauty / wellness, cpg, spirits and lifestyle clients. The AE / SAE will generally support 5 - 8 retainer accounts and projects.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Help develop and pitch compelling stories and narratives on behalf of clients to secure consistent product-centric coverage and overall develop strong brand awareness
- Lead client programs and campaigns from planning to execution
- Write, proof and edit a variety of PR and marketing materials, while contributing as a team member on client accounts
- Oversee coordinators and assistants to review client agendas, recap reports and clips, while also mentoring junior staff
- Communicate with clients regularly and build a relationship with them, while helping handle day-to-day client tasks
- Help develop and ideate client PR strategies such as client messaging, media influencer targets, creative seeding ideas, etc.
- Work alongside partner teams within the agency as well as client partner agencies
- Support onsite at events, coordinate logistics at all stages of programming, and coordinate retail promotions
- Contribute to monthly, project and / or event reporting and recaps across all clients
