What are the responsibilities and job description for the New York Times/Wall St Journal Independent Newspaper Carrier position at Ledford Distributing Co?
We are looking for dedicated, dependable and reliable, part-time, Independent Contractor for newspaper home delivery of The New York Times and WSJ , with an eye for detail! Experience not necessary, but a plus! Great second income for a Uber, Door Dash, Instacart drivers, retired person, stay at home parent, etc.

Requirements:
Potential candidates should ideally reside in Hendersonville NC area.
You must be prepared to deliver the newspapers 7 DAYS A WEEK, as newspapers print every day of the week. Vacations and time off are permitted, but you must have a substitute in place. Late night hours, starting at 11:00pm and about an average of 2.5 to 3.0 hours delivery time per night depending on your driving habits and grasp of the route.
Route is @ 60 miles long from our drop to last customer everyday. Most deliveries are made from your car tossing newspapers in the driveway.
MUST HAVE YOUR OWN TRANSPORTATION (with a backup vehicle if necessary)!
Valid drivers license and full coverage auto insurance required.
Pay schedule is weekly.
