Job Overview :
The Sales Operations Specialist plays a vital role in supporting the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating trade show logistics, handling sales reporting, and ensuring smooth operations across various sales functions. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting sales growth through organization and efficiency. The Sales Operations Specialist will work closely with sales leadership, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to enhance productivity and streamline processes. Key Responsibilities :
- Trade Show & Event Coordination : Organize and manage trade show logistics, including booth setup, materials, travel arrangements, and post-show reporting. Ensure all sales materials and displays are prepared and delivered on time.
- Sales Reporting & Data Management : Maintain and generate accurate sales reports, tracking key performance metrics to support strategic decision-making. Work within CRM and ERP systems to ensure data accuracy.
- Marketing & Media Kit Management : Assist in the creation, distribution, and maintenance of marketing media kits and promotional materials for sales initiatives.
- Mailings & Sales Collateral Distribution : Coordinate mail-outs and shipments for marketing campaigns, sales packages, and promotional materials.
- Purchase Order (PO) Processing : Manage the creation and tracking of purchase orders related to sales activities, trade shows, and marketing initiatives.
- Re-Seller Compliance & Insurance Management : Ensure all re-seller partners maintain up-to-date insurance documents and compliance records. Serve as the point of contact for document collection and renewals.
- Administrative & Operational Support : Provide general administrative support to the sales team, assisting with scheduling, meeting coordination, and documentation needs.
- Process Improvement & Efficiency : Identify opportunities to streamline sales operations processes, improving workflows and overall efficiency.
