The Rotational Operations Internship is designed for curious, hands-on individuals who want to gain a comprehensive understanding of how a product moves from concept to customer. Over 10 weeks, you’ll rotate through five key departments—Finance, Transportation, Quality Control, Manufacturing, and Warehouse—and gain cross-functional exposure to the people and processes that drive our business.
This is a great opportunity for someone interested in operations, supply chain, or general business management to explore multiple career paths while contributing to real projects.

- Finance: Learn how we forecast, track costs, and manage budgets for production and logistics
- Transportation: Support shipping and carrier logistics, analyze delivery performance, and help update dashboards
- Quality Control: Assist with inspections, audits, and tracking product quality metrics
- Manufacturing: Observe production lines, support process improvements, and gain exposure to lean principles
- Warehouse: Participate in inventory control, pick/pack/shipping processes, and workflow planning
- Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process improvement
- Present key takeaways and recommendations at the end of the internship to the Operations Leadership Team
- Current student pursuing a degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Strong interest in operations and end-to-end product lifecycle
- Analytical and organized, with a hands-on attitude
- Comfortable working in both office and warehouse settings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite a plus)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment
