Job Overview

This is a unique opportunity to join Ledge’s Sales Intern Rotational Program, where you’ll gain first-hand experience across four key sales teams: Partnerships Sales, Online Marketplace Sales, Commercial Sales, and Interior Design Sales. You'll develop a deep understanding of our sales strategy, customer segments, and revenue-driving operations.

Over the course of this 10-week internship, you’ll rotate through each sales team, support live projects, and walk away with a strong foundation in consultative selling, customer relationship management, and omni-channel sales operations.

This internship is from Tuesday, May 27th - Friday, August 1st of 2025.

  • Shadow team members across four sales channels to understand unique strategies and sales cycles
  • Assist with lead generation, CRM updates, and sales outreach
  • Help prepare sales presentations, quotes, and client-facing materials
  • Analyze customer and sales data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Support account management activities for current clients and partners
  • Participate in team meetings, pipeline reviews, and training sessions
  • Contribute ideas to improve sales efficiency and customer experience

Requirements

  • Current student pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong interest in sales, customer relationships, and luxury consumer goods
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Energetic, curious, and eager to learn across multiple sales functions
  • Comfortable with data and systems (familiarity with CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus)
  • Ability to work well both independently and within a team
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
