Accountant (Commercial Property Management)
Location: Scottsdale, AZ (in-office)
Ledgent Finance & Accounting's client is currently seeking an experienced Accountant specializing in Commercial Property Management to join their team in Scottsdale, Arizona. This position offers a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to manage financial aspects of property management, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial processes.
Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of accounts payable and accounts receivable for commercial properties.
- Manage payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payments.
- Conduct bank and balance sheet reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
- Perform month-end close procedures to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Oversee cash management activities to maintain optimal liquidity.
- Process and calculate NNN (Triple Net Lease) charges.
- Utilize Sage100 and QuickBooks Pro for financial processing and reporting.
- Leverage strong Excel skills for data analysis and financial reporting.
Requirements:
- BS/BA in Accounting or realted field is preferred OR a minimum of 6 years of experiecne in Accounting.
- Experience in Commerical Property Management is required

Additional Details:
Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000 per year
