Our client, in Dover, NH, has an immediate opening for 2 Accounts Payable Specialists. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in mid-volume AP processing.
Role: AP Specialist (Temp-Hire)
Location: Dover, NH (On-Site)
Pay: $22-$25/hour
Duties:
* Mid volume AP processing
* Full cycle AP
* Matching, batching and sorting
* Weekly check runs
* Accounts reconciliation
* Work with vendors to resolve discrepancies
Skills:
* 2 years of AP experience
* Accounting ERP experience
* Intermediate MS Excel
* Must be accurate and detail-oriented
* Experienced working with vendors
