Position: Senior Accountant-GL
Hourly Rate: $35-$43/hr
Job Duties:
- Maintain and ensure the accuracy of the general ledger for assigned properties.
- Post journal entries, including property-related transactions such as rent, utility bills, repairs, and maintenance costs.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts related to property management, including accounts for revenue, expenses, assets, and liabilities.
- Complete month-end and year-end closing procedures for assigned properties, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare and post adjusting journal entries, including accruals, deferrals, and reclassifications related to property operations.
- Perform bank and account reconciliations for property-related accounts, including rent receivables, property tax liabilities, and escrow account
Qualifications:
- 3 years of General Ledger Accounting
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance
- MUST HAVE NETSUITE EXPEREINCE
- Property accounting experience is preferred
