This supervisory position involves overseeing accounting functions related to construction projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
Responsibilities
- Manage construction project accounting, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.
- Oversee Work-In-Progress (WIP) reporting, providing insights and analysis to project managers and stakeholders.
- Handle payroll processes related to construction projects, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Collaborate with project managers and teams to provide financial guidance and support for project budgeting and forecasting.
- Maintain compliance with financial regulations and internal policies, conducting regular audits and reviews.
- Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement best practices for construction project accounting processes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction project accounting, with a strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with project teams and stakeholders.

Additional Details
