Billing Representative
Onsite in Rolling Meadows Illinois 60008
Duration : 8 months, Contract, W-2
Pay : $22 - $24 an hr
Duties :
- Label documents submitted by carriers.
- Verify and enter information from invoices, BOLs, lumper receipts, and other various documents into Navisphere .
- Leverage system functionality and established processes to index a high volume of documents daily while meeting error rate guidelines.
- Utilize problem-solving and critical thinking skills to review monthly error reports .
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members and / or leadership.
- Adhere to established procedures and quality guidelines.
- Continuously develop skills and build upon knowledge of billing processes.
- Perform other duties or responsibilities as assigned according to team and / or country-specific requirements.
