Location: Mannassas, VA (Hybrid, 3-4 days onsite per week)
Travel: Up to 25%
Compensation: $110k to $140k 10% Bonus
Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the US and pass a comprehensive background screening. Flexible hours across global time zones required.
Position Overview:
Join our team as a Global Security Engineer, responsible for IT and Operational Technology (OT) cybersecurity. You'll develop and maintain security platforms, manage security measures, and ensure a secure, scalable environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and upgrade security measures for data, systems, and networks.
- Lead or collaborate on project management to achieve security goals.
- Provide expert advice on security technologies and improve security posture.
- Monitor and respond to security incidents and breaches.
- Maintain security tools and conduct risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Participate in on-call rotation for 24/7 coverage.
Qualifications:
- 6-8 years in IT/Cybersecurity, with 3-5 years managing on-prem and cloud environments.
- 3 years securing IT (Windows/Mac/Linux) and OT environments.
- Experience with international security programs and relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CEH, etc.).
- Proficiency in incident response, SIEM, firewalls, and compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO, GDPR, etc.).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
