Job Description :
The Workday Compensation Consultant will be responsible for configuring and optimizing Stock Plan and Advanced Compensation processes within Workday . This role requires deep expertise in stock plan configuration, best practices, and knowledge transfer methodologies. The consultant will collaborate closely with the Compensation COE , HR Operations , and Business Technology teams to troubleshoot issues, provide recommendations, and ensure the system operates seamlessly.
The ideal candidate should have experience in documenting configuration updates, facilitating knowledge transfer sessions, and implementing best practices for stock-related processes. Experience with testing compensation configurations is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the configuration of Workday Stock Plans , Custom Stock Processes , and Advanced Compensation .
- Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions , document configuration updates, and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with Compensation COE and HR Operations to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (BT, Change & Communication) to manage Workday updates and enhancements .
- Ensure end-to-end testing coverage by working with internal / external teams to validate configurations.
- Develop calculated fields , condition rules , and security configurations to support compensation processes.
- Use EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builders) to support compensation-related data uploads and transactions.
- Provide expertise in reporting needs and dashboard development for compensation insights.
