Role: Digital Marketing Analytics Specialist
Position Type: Contract-to-Hire
Annual Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year (DOE)
Location: Vancouver, WA - Onsite

Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other PPC channels.
- Perform in-depth keyword research, bid strategy optimization, and conversion tracking to maximize ad performance and budget efficiency.
- Conduct detailed marketing performance analysis using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and other data analytics tools.
- Implement and optimize SEO strategies, including technical SEO, structured data markup, and keyword tracking, to enhance organic search rankings.
- Manage website analytics, set up tracking pixels, and integrate marketing automation tools to streamline campaign measurement and audience segmentation.
- Oversee website management tasks in WordPress, including landing page development, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Utilize data visualization tools (Google Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI) to create real-time dashboards for campaign performance reporting.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze user behavior, customer journey mapping, and attribution modeling.
- Capture and develop high-quality visual content (photo and video) for digital campaigns, social media, and other marketing initiatives.
- Continuously research and apply emerging trends in digital marketing, analytics, and MarTech tools to improve strategy execution.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Support the marketing team in executing integrated campaigns and multi-channel initiatives.
- Assist with programmatic advertising strategies and audience segmentation for personalized marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field (preferred).
- 2 years of experience managing PPC campaigns and digital marketing (SEM).
- GA4 certification (preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience working with WordPress, including content management and SEO implementation.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads platforms.
- Strong skills in Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Looker Studio, or similar analytics/reporting tools.
- Experience in SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools (preferred but not required).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital marketing analytics tools.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (preferred).
