What You'll Do

- Mentor and grow top engineering talent.
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies to keep us on the cutting edge.
What You Bring
- 10 years in software engineering, with 5 in leadership.
- Proven experience managing large, global engineering teams and complex software development projects
- Expertise in Agile, DevOps, and cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
- Strong knowledge of MS Dynamics
- Experience managing global engineering teams and enterprise software.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bonus: Experience in travel, hospitality, or e-commerce.
- Certified Scrum Master preferred
