Are you a proactive, detail-oriented IT compliance professional ready to lead and enhance security and regulatory initiatives? We're seeking an IT Compliance Manager to oversee IT compliance programs, manage audits, and ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks while fostering a risk-aware, service-driven culture.
πΉ What You'll Do:
- Lead IT compliance programs, policies, and reporting to align with company and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee IT security policies and enforce compliance across IT/OT implementations.
- Identify and escalate compliance risks, ensuring timely resolutions.
- Manage IT audits, including SOX compliance, controls evaluation, and evidence gathering.
- Mentor and develop IT Security & Compliance Administrators in a player/coach role.
- Collaborate with IT management and audit teams to drive compliance excellence.
- Evaluate risks, implement controls, and develop IT policies as needed.
- Drive continuous improvement through proactive risk assessments.
πΉ What You Bring:
β Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or 5 years of IT Compliance experience in lieu of a degree).
- 3 years of IT compliance experience.
- Hands-on experience with IT systems, databases, identity/access management, and compliance frameworks (ITGC, SOX, NIST).
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with PowerShell, SQL, and pseudocode writing.
β Preferred:
- Public accounting/internal audit experience.
- SQL query and audit analytics expertise.
- Knowledge of Agile methodology, SDLC, and Active Directory best practices.
