Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver first-line technical support to end users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems with Microsoft 365 applications to maintain smooth operations.
• Assist with basic networking tasks, including managing connectivity and network devices.
• Document and track support tickets and solutions to ensure efficient problem resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of IT challenges.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in IT help desk support and networking.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 tools and applications.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
