Lead/Sr Full Stack Developer

Job Title: Sr Full Stack Developer (Python & TypeScript)

Location: 85% remote

We are seeking a skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to lead our small team in the development and architecture of full-stack platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hands-on development and system architecture
• Database administration (DBA) and cloud technologies (AWS, S3, and microservices)
• Agile development practices and ensuring successful project execution

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree from four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 8 years of experience in full-stack development with exposure to startup environments
• Strong proficiency in front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Django, or Flask)
• Familiarity with microservices design, implementation, and management
• Expertise in agile development methodologies

Leadership and Soft Skills:

• Experience mentoring and leading junior developers
• Ability to provide technical direction and enforce best practices
• Possesses polished communication and strong articulation abilities
